LONDON, ENGLAND and BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(Marketwired - Nov. 15, 2013) - Rambler Metals and
Mining plc, a Newfoundland copper and gold producer, explorer and developer (TSX VENTURE:RAB)(AIM:RMM)
("Rambler" or "the Company") announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 2.30 p.m.
on 5 December 2013 at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, One Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14
5RB.
