Results of the Reconvened Annual General Meeting
Ramsdens announces that special resolution 12, as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 18 July 2018 was duly passed on a poll at the Reconvened Annual General Meeting on 27 July 2018. Special resolution 13 was not passed.

The Company is disappointed by the outcome of resolution 13, as this resolution is considered routine for UK AIM listed companies. The Company will continue to engage with shareholders in order to fully understand their views and explain why it considers this resolution is in shareholders' best interests as a whole.
