Notification of interests of directors and connected persons
On 9 July 2004, a beneficial interest in 28,000 Rathbone Brothers Plc Ordinary
Shares of 5p (representing 0.069% of the issued share capital of the Company)
held by the spouse of a director, Roy Alfred Morris, became a non-beneficial
interest following the transfer of these shares to a discretionary trust of
which he is a trustee.
The transfer was made at a price of £6.7725. The shares remain registered in the
name of Rathbone Nominees Limited.
Following the transfer, his beneficial interest is now in 266,936 ordinary
shares (representing 0.656% of the issued share capital of the Company) and his
non-beneficial interest in 42,250 ordinary shares (representing 0.104% of the
issued share capital of the Company).
