Rathbone Brothers Plc Notification of Interest in Ordinary Shares of 5p each
Rathbone Brothers Plc has been notified on 21 December 2000 pursuant to the
provisions of Section 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 that the combined
asset management operation of Hill Samuel Asset Management Limited and Scottish
Widows Investment Management Limited, now known as Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Limited, is now the beneficial owner of 1,022,080 of the above
shares. This shareholding comprises 2.84% of issued ordinary shares, which is no
longer a disclosable interest.
