On 29 April 2016, options over Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p were granted with an exercise price of £16.48 in accordance with the rules of the H.M. Revenue and Customs approved Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. The price of £16.48 was the closing mid-market price on 5 April 2016 of £20.59 (less a 20% discount), set prior to the 6 April 2016 invitation date.
