On 23 May 2012, ordinary shares of 5p were purchased at £11.8222 by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of The Rathbone Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"). The purchase was in respect of the reinvestment of dividends paid into the Plan. The registered holder is Equiniti Corporate Nominees Limited. A/c AESOP 1.
