Total Voting Rights

Following the successful completion of the placing of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence announced yesterday, at the close of business on 7 November 2012, the Company had issued 45,897,281 ordinary shares of 5 pence. 50,000 ordinary shares were held in treasury.

The Company therefore has 45,847,281 shares in issue, excluding shares held in treasury. This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
