Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Rosenblatt Group plc, the professional legal services company, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, which includes a Notice of Meeting and accompanying Form of Proxy for the Group's Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held at 11 am on 18 June 2019 at the offices of Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall St, London EC2V 5DE.
