                                 AGM STATEMENT





At the Annual General Meeting of Adventis Group Plc ('Adventis' or 'the Company
'), the AIM-listed full service multimedia marketing and advertising agency,
which is to be held at 12.00 noon today, Peter Mitchell, Non-Executive Chairman,
will make the following statement:



'I am pleased to announce that trading for the first four months of the current
financial year has begun strongly and in line with the market's expectations.
This builds on a very successful 2006 which saw turnover rise 62%, pre-tax
profits 75% and earnings per share 41%. Our marketing and communications
division for the property sector has been performing well, winning new clients
and projects on both the domestic and international stage. The Group's
healthcare operations continue to go from strength-to-strength and Leapfrog
Medical Communications, the leading medical education company, which was
acquired in February 2007, has integrated well. The Company has recently signed
a lease for a newly built 10,000 square-foot office in Beaconsfield, Bucks.
While the three healthcare operations have been collaborating on pitches and
sharing resources, the move to one location will deliver even greater synergies
in the future.



Cross marketing within the divisions is developing in a satisfactory manner.



This year has started well and our businesses continue to integrate and grow
strongly. Our strengthened board continues to seek profitable acquisitions and
is well equipped to convert the best opportunities. I look forward to reporting
continued strong progress in the future.'
