Further to the announcement released on 16 November 2017, Trinity Mirror plc announces that Nick Prettejohn is expected to join the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') as non-executive director and Chairman Designate during March 2018, and will become Chairman on 3 May 2018, at the end of the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
