Change in share currency denomination

The Board announces that the trading denomination of the Company's Core Ordinary Shares of no par value (ticker RECI LN) was changed to Sterling from 8.00 a.m. this morning, 3 October 2011.  From this date the Company will hedge its non-sterling currency exposure in the Core.

The Company's and the Core's financial reporting currency will also change to Sterling for all accounting periods ending after 3 October 2011.
