REAL ESTATE CREDIT INVESTMENTS PCC LIMITED

CONFIRMATION OF PRICE PER NEW CORE SHARE

The Board of Directors of Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company") today announces that, further to the release today of the Company's net asset value for the period ended 31 October 2013, the price of each New Core Share issued pursuant to the Initial Placing of the Company announced on 16 October 2013 will be £1.522 per New Core Share.

Subject to the relevant resolutions at the EGM being passed, application will shortly be made for 32,851,511 New Core Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 12 November 2013.

Terms set out in this announcement but not defined are as defined in the Prospectus dated 16 October 2013.
