PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CIRCULAR

Further to the announcement today in relation to the proposed restructuring of Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company") and the conversion of the Company into a protected cell company (the "Conversion"), the Company announces that a Prospectus and Circular relating to the Conversion were approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") earlier today.

The Prospectus and Circular are expected to be posted to shareholders today and copies of the Prospectus and Circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.  

In addition, the Prospectus and Circular will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (www.recreditinvest.com) and copies of the Prospectus and Circular will be available at the Company's registered office and at the offices of Herbert Smith LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2HS during business hours.
