Director Shareholding


Further to the announcement earlier today of the appointment of Stephen Heslop
to the Board, Mr. Heslop has informed the Company that he has an interest in
8,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately
0.012 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr.
Heslop holds 65,934 options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme
each at an exercise price of 45.5p and 43,986 options under the Company's
Unapproved Share Option Scheme each at an exercise price of 45.5p.
