The Real Good Food Company (AIM:  RGD), the food group servicing high end niche
markets, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 June 2007 on
Thursday, 20 September, 2007.


An analysts' briefing will be held at 10.30am at City Conference Centre, 80
Coleman Street, London EC2R 5BJ.

-    The Real Good Food Company plc is a food group supplying the retail, 
     industrial and foodservice markets.

-    It aims to grow both organically and through acquisitions.

-    The Group currently comprises of three operation Divisions:

     •   Sugar: incorporating Napier Brown Foods, the UK's largest independent,
         non-refining, distributor of sugar supplying a range of sugar and dry
         ingredients to the retail, foodservice and industrial sectors.  This 
         division operates out of offices in Normanton and Thornbury;

     •   Baking Ingredients: incorporating Renshaw, a leading manufacturer of
         marzipans, ready to roll icings, caramel, soft icings, baking chocolate 
         and jam, supplying major cake manufacturers, high street bakers and 
         retailers. Renshaw employs 120 people in Liverpool and a further 55 
         people in Carluke, Scotland.

     •   Bakery: incorporating Hayden's Bakeries and Seriously Scrumptious:
         produces chilled and ambient premium patisserie and dessert products to 
         retail grocery customers.  They operate from premises in Devizes, 
         Wiltshire and employ 300 people
