Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announces that Laxman Narasimhan, Chief Executive Officer, has stepped down as member of the Nomination Committee with effect from 1 October 2021. He will continue to attend Nomination Committee meetings to provide input as appropriate at the invitation of the Committee.
