The Company was today informed that on 6 February 2009 Mr Howard Golden, a director of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of €0.40 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Howard Golden is interested in 450,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.45% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
