On 28 December 2011 interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.4631 per Ordinary Share, and 320,994 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.4610 per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions:

Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 4,216,562 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.22% of the total voting rights of the Company.
