Proposed Placing
On 29 October 2007, the Board of Reconstruction Capital II Limited ('the
Company') announced its intention to raise €100 million by way of a placing of
new Ordinary Shares (the 'Placing').
Following the publication of the 31 October 2007 net asset value, the Company
can announce that the placing price per new Ordinary Share will be €1.54.
