The Company has been informed that the shareholdings of Mr Ladner and his wife amounting in total to 776,265 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company as previously announced, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital, were and continue to be subject to a general charge in favour of a Zurich bank.
