Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") was notified on 9 December 2011 of the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.46 pence per Ordinary Share by Manoli Yannaghas, a director of the Company, on 8 December 2011.

As a result of this purchase, Manoli Yannaghas directly holds 825,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition to his interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company stated above, Mr. Yannaghas remains interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.
