RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC
Board Changes
Dated: 29 May 2009
Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in iron ore and manganese in Australia and Zambia, and uranium investments in Africa and Australia, announces that Ken Watson, managing director, has resigned with immediate effect to concentrate on other activities. Ken, aged 71, has been with the Company since its formation in 2005.
Chairman and CEO Andrew Bell commented 'We are sorry Ken has decided to step down, and grateful for his exceptional contribution to the growth of the business. His lateral thinking, originality, and energy will be much missed. His commitment to and belief in Resource Gold Pty Ltd ('RGL') means that he now wishes to devote his energies to developing and managing that company. He does so with our full support. Red Rock made an investment in RGL when it was set up and we are delighted it has developed to the point where its prospects make it necessary for Ken to engage full-time with the business. At Red Rock, the operating management on our major projects continues unaffected'.
