Follow up - DRC Arbitration

23 January 2025

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on our DRC arbitration further to its announcement of 15 January 2025.

The scheduled meeting in the DRC took place on the afternoon of 22 January 2025 in Kinshasa. The arbitrator has suggested the parties supply each other any additional supporting documents and that Red Rock and the other party then try to reach a consensus on the arrangements if possible before matters are finalised by the arbitrator. Red Rock is following this up over this Thursday and Friday.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "The parties are all looking to finalise this matter. Yesterday's working meetings achieved more progress than the last 29 months, and we are relieved to now be in a process designed to expedite settlement".
