Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese projects in Australia and East Africa has today become aware that on 20 June 2008 Wills & Co. disposed of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company. Following the disposal Wills & Co. No longer hold a notifiable interest in the Company
