Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity

Dated: 1 June 2010

Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") has today allotted 3,800,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the notification of the exercise of 3,300,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1 pence per share and of the exercise of 500,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.25 pence per share, including the following exercises by directors of the Company:

As a result of this exercise of options, John Watkins directly holds 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.43 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital; Manoli Yannaghas directly holds 750,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital; and Andrew Bell holds 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.31 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition to their interests in the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company stated above, Mr Bell, Mr Yannaghas and Mr Watkins remain interested in the following options to subscribe for the Company's Ordinary Shares.

Application will been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on Monday 7 June 2010.

Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 583,908,812 ordinary shares in issue.
