Australia and East Africa, announces that it has further increased its
investment in Mindax Limited ('Mindax'), a mineral exploration company listed on
the Australian Stock Exchange ('ASX') under the trading symbol MDX. An

A further 13 sample results from the rock chip sampling programme carried out in
November at Mt Alfred in Western Australia have been received. In the Mt Forrest
area adjoining Mindax's license, samples MA501 to MA509 continued the sampling a
further 500m along the ridge in a southerly direction, and gave values between
50.75% and 64.54% Fe. At Brooking Hills in the south of the license, samples
BH50 to BH53 were taken approximately 1.5km to the north-east of sample BH-1,
and gave results between 35.01% and 41.5% Fe.
The samples taken at Mt Alfred South were taken in the schists and not from the
banded irons and showed nickel values up to 980 ppm.
