("Redcentric" or the "Company")

Issue of share Options to staff and Directors under Share-Save Scheme

On 17 December 2014, the Company granted options over a total of 1,134,886 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to 180 employees and certain directors under the HMRC approved Redcentric plc Save-As-You-Earn Option Plan 2014 ("the Plan"). Under the Plan, employees contribute a monthly amount which is saved over three years to buy Shares. The options are available for exercise from 31 March 2018, with an exercise price of 107p, which is a 20% discount to the average closing price on the three days ending 21 November 2014, the last trading date before the launch of the Plan on 24 November 2014.

As part of the Plan, the following Directors have applied for and been granted options over the following number of Shares;

Fraser Fisher                      16,822  

Tim Coleman                     16,822

Following this grant, the number of Shares and options held by these Directors is;
