Redrow plc have today received notification from Fidelity Investments that the
notifiable interest of Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and Mr Edward C
Johnson 3d (a principle shareholder of Fidelity International Limited)
constitutes 8.07% of the issued share capital of Redrow plc following an
increase of their shareholding by 161,500 ordinary shares to 12,743,002.
