Total Voting Rights
ReNeuron Group plc (AIM: RENE), a UK-based global leader in the development of cell-based therapeutics, announces that at 30 April 2021, the Company had 56,863,705 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. This follows the issue of 8,000 new shares arising from the exercise of options by staff, such shares having been admitted under the Company's existing block listing arrangement.
As the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury, the figure of 56,863,705 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
