Sandvika, June 10, 2010: Primary insider Odd Christopher Hansen (Board member in
REC) has today purchased 50,000 shares in Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC)
at an average price of NOK 16.96 per share. After this transaction Mr. Hansen
and related parties hold 50,000 shares and 0 share options in the company.
