Sandvika, June 22, 2012: Primary insider Peter A Ruzicka (Board Member in REC) and related parties has today purchased 500,000 shares in Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) at an average price of NOK 2.05 per share. After this transaction, Mr. Ruzicka and related parties holds 520,000 shares in the company.
