REC shares ex subsequent repair offering today

Sandvika, June 22; Reference is made to announcement from Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) on 22 June 2012.

The shares in REC will be traded ex contingent rights in a possible subsequent offering as from today 22 June 2012.

The subsequent offering is conditional upon the matters mentioned in the aforementioned announcement. Non-tradable rights to subscribe for shares in the subsequent offering will, if completed, subject to any restrictions in applicable securities legislation, be offered to those of the Company's shareholders as of 21 June 2012 who were not invited to participate in the Private Placement.
