Renold advises that Robert Davies, the Group's Chief Executive, purchased a
further twenty three thousand (23,000) ordinary shares in the company on Friday
23rd November 2007 at 90p each.  Following this share purchase, Mr Davies' total
shareholding in the company is one hundred and ninety four thousand shares
(194,000).
