Director's share dealing

Renold has been advised that on 12 August 2010 Mr. Robert Davies, the Chief Executive of the Company, sold 238,256 ordinary shares at 25.75p and that the same number of shares were purchased at 25.75p through the market for inclusion in a SIPP where Mr Davies is a beneficiary.

Mr Davies' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 723,669 ordinary shares, or 0.3% of the issued share capital.
