Renold plc announces today that pursuant to the Renold plc 2004 Inland Revenue
Approved Company Share Option Plan and the Renold plc 2004 Non Inland Revenue
Approved Company Share Option Plan, the following Options over Renold plc
Ordinary Shares of 25p each have been granted on Tuesday 27 November 2007, at
92.55p. If the performance conditions have been achieved, the options are
exercisable after 27 November 2010 for a period of 7 years, ending on 26
November 2017.
