GENERAL MEETING
A General Meeting of Renold plc was held at Renold House, Styal Road,
Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5WL on Thursday 27 March 2008.
The two resolutions proposed were decided on a show of hands and were passed.
The number of votes for and against each of the resolutions and the number of
votes withheld were as follows:
