Total Voting Rights.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to
notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement Renold plc has an issued share capital of
69,647,839 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Renold plc ordinary shares with voting rights is
69,647,839.

The issued share capital has increased from 69,642,857 as at 20 January to
69,647,839 as at 31 January 2007 as a result of shares issued to satisfy the
exercise of share options by employees.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 69,647,839 as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Renold plc under the FSA
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
