Board Changes
The Directors of Reliance announce that Mark Radcliffe retired as a
non-executive Director on 28 April 2006. Mr Radcliffe has been a Director of
Reliance since 1995 and prior to that chaired its security services business.
Commenting on Mark Radcliffe's retirement, Brian Kingham, Chairman, said:
'Mark has given Reliance unstinting and invaluable support and advice over a
long period and we are deeply grateful for his contribution to our business. We
wish him all the very best for a long and happy retirement.'
The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Wood as a
non-executive Director with effect from 1 May 2006. Roger Wood was a Director of
Centrica plc from 1997 following its demerger from British Gas plc until his
retirement in 2004. His roles included those of managing director of British Gas
Services Limited and of the Automobile Association. Prior to that he was
Director General of Matra Marconi Space NV and also held senior roles within
Nortel, STC and ICL. He is currently a non-executive director of Paypoint plc.
Commenting, Brian Kingham, Chairman, said:
'We are delighted to welcome Roger to the board. His extensive experience within
the services industry will be invaluable to Reliance, especially in the further
development of our business process outsourcing activities.'

Roger Nicholas Brownlow Wood is aged 63. He was a director of Centrica plc until
30 September 2004 and he is currently a non-executive director of Paypoint plc.
There are no other details regarding Roger Wood's appointment which require
disclosure under paragraph(g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules.
