The Restaurant Group plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares:

·      Purchase by Kirk Davis (Chief Financial Officer) of 24,000 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of £2.628 per share on 5^th of April.

The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange.
