Radstone Technology PLC 03 March 2006 For Immediate Release 03 March 2006 Radstone Technology plc Acquisition Radstone Technology PLC, the world's leading independent supplier of high-performance, embedded computer products for defence and aerospace applications announced today that it has completed the acquisition, through its test and measurement subsidiary DaqScribe Technology, of the assets of Sonoran Microsystems, Inc. of Tucson, Arizona for a consideration of $630K. Sonoran's President, Robert Kropp, has joined DaqScribe Technology. "Following on from the successful acquisition last year of Savvy Corp, the addition of Sonoran will further enhance Daqscribe's product portfolio" commented Chief Executive, Jeff Perrin. Sonoran designs and develops advanced and specialty custom signal conditioning products used in mechanical test and measurement applications primarily for Aerospace & Defence customers. The combination of Sonoran's front end high performance signal conditioning modules with DaqScribe's existing line of high speed data acquisition hardware and software will enable DaqScribe to offer turn key solutions for requirements in transient, dynamic and static test applications.
