The Company was informed on the 2 February 2006 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the 'Trust'), acquired a further 5,457
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 2 February 2006.  Following the
purchase, the Trust holds 178,443 shares representing 0.59% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
