The Company was informed on the 6 March 2006 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the 'Trust'), acquired a further 4,492
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 6 March 2006.  Following the
purchase, the Trust holds 183,885 shares representing 0.61% of the issued share
capital of the Company.



Please mention, as before, that all employees, including the executive
Directors, are potential beneficiaries of the Trust.
