                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")


The Company was informed on 2 May that the Trustees of the Radstone Technology
PLC All Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "Trust"), have today purchased 3,876
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
£2.36 per share. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 51,762 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.22% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
