The Company was informed on 25 September that following the sale of 750,000
ordinary shares of 12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 September 2002 by Eaglet
Investment Trust plc ("Eaglet"), Eaglet has a beneficial interest in 1,234,456
Ordinary Shares, representing 5.18% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.  The above Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global
Custody Nominees Ltd.
