Disclosures of Interests in Voting Shares - Changes in Legal Entity Structure

In compliance with Part IV of the above Act, as amended, I inform you that
following a change in the Legal Entity Structure of Prudential plc, the
Notification details for some funds currently managed by Prudential plc have
changed from that previously notified to you.  As a direct result, the holding
figures for M&G Investment Management Limited and Prudential Assurance Company
Limited have changed.  Notwithstanding this, the overall holding figure for
Prudential plc remains unchanged.  This is detailed on the attached report.

It must be stressed that although there is no change to our voting interest in
your company, it has generated a Notifiable change within the Prudential plc and
its subsidiary companies' holding figures.
