O Hambro Capital Management Limited is currently interested in 2,100,000
Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in Radstone Technology PLC.

Our records indicate that, based on an issued share capital of 30,299,640
Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each, this figure amounts to 6.93% of the issued share
capital of Radstone Technology PLC.

Please note that the total holding of 2,100,000 shares in which all parties are
interested includes a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A
Companies Act 1985 of 1,991,500 Ordinary shares in which a Limited Liability
