Requisitioned General Meeting Indefinitely Adjourned
Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, announces that the general meeting of the Company requisitioned by boohoo Group plc ("boohoo") was convened today and, as anticipated in prior announcements, indefinitely adjourned with the consent of those shareholders present and voting (in person or by proxy) at the meeting, including boohoo.
