Audit Committee membership change

Following the appointment in February 2006 of David Hall as a fourth
non-executive director of Ricardo plc and a member of its Audit Committee,
Marcus Beresford, chairman of the Board of Directors, will now cease to be a
member of the Company's Audit Committee. We aim to apply best practice in
corporate governance and this is in line with the Combined Code Guidance on
Audit Committees, which states that the chairman of the company should not be an
audit committee member.
