Board and Management Changes
Ricardo plc, one of the world's leading independent automotive consultancies,
today announces changes to the Board and management structure.
Dr. Clive Hickman, an executive director of Ricardo plc and currently Managing
Director of Ricardo Vehicle Engineering (RVE), is appointed to the newly created
position of Managing Director, Ricardo UK Limited with immediate effect. He will
be responsible for Ricardo's engineering consultancy services in the UK, which
are Ricardo Consulting Engineers (RCE), Driveline and Transmission Systems (DTS)
and RVE, as well as Ricardo's operations in Prague.
In addition, David Shemmans who is currently Business Development Director of
RCE and Ricardo Group will take up the management position of Managing Director
of RCE, based in Shoreham, with immediate effect. He replaces Chris Bates, who
has resigned from this position and who has also resigned as an executive
director of Ricardo plc.
