Circular posting to shareholders

The Company announces that it is tomorrow posting a circular containing details of the proposal to adopt new articles of association (the "New Articles") and the proposal to remedy certain procedural matters relating to the payment of dividends (the "Circular").

Notices

The Circular also contains notices of a general meeting and separate class meetings of income shareholders, capital shareholders and preference shareholders, which are to be held at the offices of the Company at No. 1 Poultry, London EC2R 8JR from 12.15pm on 21 March 2013.

Copies of the Circular

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available from the Company's website www.rightsandissues.co.uk and will also be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism.
